Jack Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. Jack cheese (6 oz.)
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

In saucepan, combine milk and flour; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reduce heat to low; add cheese. Stir until melted and smooth, then add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 5 minutes until heated through. Do not boil. Makes 4 servings.
