Microwave Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. spinach (fresh, blanched or frozen, chopped and drained)
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    If using frozen spinach, place package in a microwave dish. Cut a slit in top of package and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Remove from package and drain.
    If using fresh spinach, cook in boiling water until tender and drain.
    Combine spinach in dish with cheeses, eggs, flour, onion and salt.
