Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil whole zucchini 10 minutes in salted water; drain.
    Cut lengthwise and scoop out centers with teaspoon.
    Chop centers and set aside.
    Melt butter; saute mushrooms.
    Add centers (chopped), flour and oregano.
    Heat through.
    Add Monterey Jack cheese and stir until melted.
    Fill shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil 5 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
