Quick Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. honey
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. raisins or nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Sift together the whole-wheat flour, unbleached flour, salt and soda. Mix together the honey and buttermilk. Stir together the wet and dry ingredients. Add raisins or nuts if desired. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
