Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (brown until color is gone)
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 c. celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    3/4 c. raw rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Mix the above ingredients in a bowl.
    Put in a casserole and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top.
    Bake 1/2 hour longer or until the liquid is absorbed.
