Kraut And Frankfurters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

27 oz. can sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
8 slices bacon
1 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. horseradish
8 frankfurters
Preparation

Combine kraut, tomato juice, onion, horseradish and sugar. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Turn into shallow pan.
Wrap each frankfurter with 1 slice bacon and arrange in decorative fashion on top of kraut mixture.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bacon and franks are done.
Turn franks once during baking time so that bacon will be crisp.
Serves 4 or 5.
