Cranberry Slim-Down Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole-wheat flour
    1/4 c. soy flour
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. applesauce
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. whole flax seeds
    1 c. dried cranberries
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; blend. Stir in flax seeds and cranberries.
    Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool and cut into 15 squares.
