Fried Veggie Beer Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton golden onion soup mix
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. beer
1 Tbsp. mustard
broccoli
cauliflower
mushrooms
zucchini
Preparation

Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
Mix in a large bowl all ingredients except vegetables until well blended and smooth.
Let batter stand about 10 minutes while you cut up vegetables.
Dip vegetables in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
