Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can tomato soup with chili peppers *Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper and butter. Stir in remainder in a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
