Mamma Mia Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck or turkey sausage
    4 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (18 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 6-quart pot saute meat in olive oil until the meat loses its pink color.
    Drain fat from pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring often. Makes 5 quarts.
    Can be frozen.
