Easy Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white or cider vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together with fork the flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    In small bowl, beat water, vinegar and egg together.
    Add to flour mix and stir until all moistened.
    Divide dough into 4 portions and shape each one in flat, round patty ready to roll.
    Wrap each patty in plastic and chill at least 1/2 hour.
