Horseshoe Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    6 c. flour
    1/2 lb. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar; add vanilla and eggs.
    Mix in flour and nuts.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Take tablespoon of dough and roll between hands.
    Shape into horseshoe.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
