Sweet "N" Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken, skinned
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    can pineapple slices
    green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation
    Lay chicken in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix together next 4 ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered with foil.
    Remove foil.
    Put pineapple slices and green pepper strips on top.
    Bake without cover for 30 minutes more.
