Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vinegar.
    Add coconut, raisins and nuts.
    Pour in an unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Double recipe for two pies.
