Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton Egg Beaters (equal to 4 eggs)
    3/4 c. light margarine, softened
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 store bought Oreo crust
    hot fudge topping
    peanuts
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix them on high speed until creamy, then beat at least 5 more minutes on high speed.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Freeze.
    Thaw for a few minutes before serving.
    Top with warm fudge sauce and sprinkle on a few peanuts.
