Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1 medium bay leaf
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    6 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 c. Burgundy wine
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak in bite size cubes.
    Coat with flour; brown in butter.
    Add onion, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Stir in mushrooms, Burgundy and water.
    Heat mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour or until tender.
    Serve over hot rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
