Mom'S Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger browned in 1/2 c. butter or margarine or 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, browned
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (4 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients but sour cream.
    Cook 45 minutes.
    Add sour cream just before serving.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
