Cheesy Brunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cooked crumbled bacon
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs and sour cream until blended.
Stir in bacon, cheese and parsley.
Pour into unbaked crust.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven on baking sheet for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 8 approximately.
