Meatball Saucy Subs(Good And Very Easy To Make) - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium peppers (red, green and yellow), cut into strips
1 small onion, sliced
2 c. spaghetti sauce
4 hard rolls (6 inches long or hot dog rolls)
Preparation

In a medium bowl combine beef, crumbs, grated onion, egg and pepper.
Shape mix into 2-inch meatballs (about 12).
In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook meatballs until brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same pan, cook green pepper strips and sliced onion until crisp but tender.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
