Tuna Fish Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In bowl, mix all ingredients well to form smooth mixture. Pack tuna fish tightly into serving dish.
    Chill well before serving.
