Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fine cracker crumbs (Ritz or Town House)
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder
1 broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients and stir well.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cracker crumbs and other ingredients.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
