Spaghetti Casserole (Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 clove garlic or shake-type
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Top casserole with 1/2 cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
