Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 stalk chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese or 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter until vegetables are clear. Cook broccoli by package directions; drain well.
Mix broccoli and soup with cheese.
Add celery and onions.
Stir in rice and seasons and mix well.
Put into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Can be mixed ahead of time and frozen.
