Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. 5% vinegar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 (32 oz.) catsup
    1 pkg. hot peppers
    7 large mangos
    7 large onions
    1 large can mushrooms
    3 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. tomato paste
    2 lb. wieners (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium pan, bring to boil sugar, vinegar, oil and catsup. Cut into small pieces hot peppers, onions and mangos, wieners if desired.
    In a large kettle, bring to boil hot peppers, onions, mangos, mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomato paste and wieners.
    Combine sauce mixture to these ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Boil 30 minutes or until peppers and onions are done.
    Put into pint jars and seal.
    Yields approximately 21 to 22 pints.
