Green Goddess Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, grated
    3 Tbsp. chopped anchovies or paste
    3 Tbsp. chopped olives or green onions
    3 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. minced parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order listed.
    Chill and pour generously over coarsely torn mixed salad greens.
    Add more salt and pepper as needed.
