Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    8 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. jalapeno juice
    4 c. milk
    12 to 16 oz. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation
    Combine spices in small mixing bowl. Melt butter. Add flour and stir until thick. Remove from heat and add spice mixture; mix well. Add catsup and jalapeno juice and return to heat. Slowly add milk, stirring continuously. Add Velveeta. When melted, serve with tortilla chips. Keep warm.
