Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, minced
Preparation
    About 1 1/2 hours before serving, mix water and all other ingredients in large skillet.
    Cover and let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
    Cook mixture, covered over medium-low heat, about 50 minutes, or until steak is fork-tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
