Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    3 c. water
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    2 or 3 pieces boned chicken breasts
Preparation
    Put in buttered baking dish as listed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until chicken is tender.
    I cover it and take cover off a short time before it is done.
