Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (2 large fresh potatoes)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and beat until fluffy.
    Put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Make topping.
