Hash Brown Zucchini Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 or 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix zucchini with salt.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Squeeze with hands to press out moisture.
    Stir beaten eggs into zucchini. Add cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Combine well.
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Saute until golden brown, turning once (about 4 minutes each side).
