1 prepared pizza shell (Boboli)
chopped green pepper (or sliced)
chopped yellow squash (or sliced)
grated carrots
chopped zucchini (or sliced)
black pitted olives, halved
sliced fresh tomatoes
grated Italian cheese
shredded Mozzarella
tomato sauce
Italian seasonings
Preparation

Spread shell with sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch rim around edge. Carefully layer the veggies, except for the sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place Mozzarella over top (be generous).
Place tomato slices on top of this.
Starting with outer ring and working inward, sprinkle with seasonings and bake in oven according to package directions.
Cheese should be melted and veggies tender.
