Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray with Pam one 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 1/2 minute or until well blended.
    Scrape sides and bottom; pour into pan(s).
    Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool on rack.
    Slice when cool.
    Freezes well.
    Recipe may be doubled.
