Lobster Thermidor("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. hot milk
1/2 c. cream
1 c. cheese, grated
1 can lobster
1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and spices.
Stir in hot milk over low heat.
When sauce thickens, stir in cheese and cream until melted.
Add lobster.
Put in oven to heat through.
Place under broiler with bread crumbs on top and broil until golden. (Be careful not to burn.)
