Raisin Rusks(Cookies From Russia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. golden raisins
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. soft butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    zest of 1 large lemon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease large baking sheet.
    Place 3/4 cup raisins and 1/2 cup flour in food processor, and pulse until raisins are coarsely ground.
    In large mixing bowl, stir together chopped raisins with remaining 2 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
