Mama'S Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Separate eggs and beat yolks lightly.
Add sugar, flour and butter.
Add milk.
Fold in beaten egg whites (not stiff).
Add vanilla.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg over top lightly. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then reduce to 250\u00b0. Bake until done, about 12 to 15 minutes.
