Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal cutlets, beaten very thin
    1 egg, beaten
    1 to 2 oz. butter for frying
    fresh white bread crumbs
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dip veal first in seasoned flour, then in beaten egg and lastly in fresh bread crumbs.
    Pat firmly to make a neat coating. Fry in hot butter, turning often to brown evenly, until golden brown.
    Take about 6 to 8 minutes.
    Serve very hot.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
