Creamed Chicken And Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water until tender.
    Remove chicken and save broth.
    Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks.
    Melt margarine over medium heat in large skillet.
    Add cornstarch, stirring constantly.
    Add milk all at once, stir and add 1 cup broth. Stirring constantly, until thickened, add salt, pepper and chicken.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cornbread.
