Clara'S Oriental Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed beef broth
    2 soup cans water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced or 1 can (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 c. carrots, cut in julien strips
    1/2 c. sliced onion rings
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) leaf spinach, thawed, chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Heat broth, water and soy sauce in large saucepan.
    Add carrots, celery and onions; cook 15 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, spinach; reduce heat and simmer covered about 15 minutes.
