Vegetable Beef Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can vegetable soup
    1 (12 oz.) can red kidney beans
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Add chili powder, if you like.
