Peanut Butter Treats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. crispy rice cereal
2/3 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Skippy reduced fat creamy or chunky peanut butter
Preparation

Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with clear plastic wrap. Pour cereal into large bowl.
In saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring often.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over cereal and quickly stir.
Press into prepared pan.
Cool at least 15 minutes.
Invert pan onto cutting board.
Remove plastic wrap and cut into squares.
Makes 16 servings.
