No-Peek Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cubed chicken
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium high; brown chicken. Drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic.
    Combine with soup mix.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes.
    Serve over hot noodles.
