Potato And Hamburger Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can vegetable soup
    1 can vegetable beef soup
    4 or 5 potatoes, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Season.
    Combine vegetable soups and 1/3 can water.
    Alternate layers of potatoes, soup mixture and hamburger in greased casserole.
    Repeat until all are used.
    Blend mushroom soup and 1/3 can water.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
