Chipped Beef Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 1/2 oz. chipped beef
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (top)
Preparation
    Put in 9-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Dip or use knife and spread on Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
