Brains (Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brains, cleaned with hot water
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp.salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and clean brains.
    Beat with mixer.
    Add baking powder, salt, pepper and milk to brains.
    Mix with mixer.
    Add flour to make a stiff batter.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease.
    Brown one side, then turn over, flatten with spatula and brown on other side.
    Yields 6 to 8 sandwiches.
