Chicken Romon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken pieces
    1 envelope Shake 'n Bake seasoned coating Italian flavor
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    4 slices bacon, chopped and fried
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Coat chicken with seasoned coating mix as directed on package and arrange in single layer in ungreased shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
    Meanwhile, combine cheese, bacon, mayonnaise and peppers, blending well.
    Spread over baked chicken and broil for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
