Fruit Ambrosia Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
    2 bananas, peeled and sliced
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 pt. fresh strawberries (save a few for garnish)
    1/2 c. toasted, flaked coconut
    2 1/2 c. whipped, nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Combine fruit and chill.
    Fold coconut into whipped milk. Arrange alternate layers of fruit mixture and whipped cream in parfait glasses.
    Garnish with additional coconut and whole strawberries.
