Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until mixture forms a sticky dough.
    In a deep skillet, heat 1-inch of cooking oil to 375\u00b0.
    Drop batter by teaspoonfuls a few at a time into hot oil.
    Fry until browned.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
