Ice Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self rising flour
    2 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat over to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    In medium bowl, combine flour and ice cream, stirring until ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into separate muffin cups.
    Bake 13 to 17 minutes or golden brown.
