English Monkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. diced cheese
    1 c. scalded milk
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Soak crumbs in scalded milk for a minute or two.
    Over low heat, stir in salt and cheese.
    Heat and stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in egg.
    Return to heat and stir 1 minute.
    Serves 2 or 3.
    Good with crackers.
    Kids like this for lunch.
