Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    60 (approximately) Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation
    Mix together melted butter or margarine and cracker crumbs. Reserve some to sprinkle on top.
    Combine remaining cracker mixture with broccoli and cheese.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
